File Transfer and Storage

Sensitive data may only be stored in securely encrypted files and  email should not be used to transfer sensitive data; instead use Lionshare for transferring sensitive information to approved recipients.  

Note: UCCS does not have a Cloud storage solution that is approved for Export Controlled Information, software or technical data.  For more information on identifying and securing Export Controlled technology contact the Office of Sponsored Programs and Research Integrity (OSPRI) at UCCS or visit the IT Export Controls website.
