Columbia is a UCCS digital file storage server that stores the university's departmental folders. Department folders allow Faculty and Staff members to easily share files within their department.

Faculty and Staff.
What Do I Need To Get This Service?
Permissions for department shares are managed by the folder's owner. If you need access granted to a department share, please contact this individual for permission.
How Do I Get Started?
OIT is no longer creating new Columbia file shares. SharePoint should be utilized for any new file share needs.
How Do I Change Or Stop This Service?
Individual access can be stopped or changed by the shares manager. Access to the drive is also revoked once an account is deleted.
